Vector (The Official Journal of the British Science Fiction Association) nº 6 - Winter 1959

Depois de ter lido uma referência a um artigo sobra a ficção científica portuguesa na revista Vector (da British Science Fiction Association) no site de Michael J. Cross (www.mjckeh.demon.co.uk, hoje inactivo e que passou a ter novo link: http://www.michaelcross.me.uk/bsfaindx/vec60jan.htm), contactei o autor em Abril de 2016, para ver se me facultava digitalização do artigo "Science-Fiction and Fantasy in Portugal" assinado pelo CDLP publicado no nº 6 da revista, Inverno de 1959 e se conseguia identificar o remetente.

O CDLP deverá ser o Clube de Literatura Policiária fundado em Lisboa em 1956, sucessor do Clube XYZ que nasceu em Lisboa em 1954.



Infelizmente e como já vai sendo hábito nenhum resposta chegou ficando assim adiada a leitura do referido artigo.

Felizmente em Março de 2020 "The Fanac Fan History Project" disponibilizou na "rede" as digitalizações das edições da Vector e assim foi possível aceder ao artigo que vai reproduzido infra.

Contactados alguns dos autores referidos no artigo não foi possível identificar o autor, assim como não foi possível verificar muitas das informações referidas no artigo.

Prémios British Science Fiction Association (BSFA) 2011

    Melhor obra de não~ficção: The SF Encyclopedia, 3rd Edition John Clute, Peter Nicholls, David Langford e Graham Sleight (web da Gollancz) 
    Melhor ilustração:  capa de The Noise Revealed (Ian Whates) por Dominic Harman (Solaris)
    Capa da 2ª edição a 3ª que ganhou é uma versão online

    Prémios British Science Fiction Association (BSFA) 2011

    Faltam algumas horas, mais concretamente pelas 6 da tarde, para se saber quais os vencedores dos prémios BSFA. Um possível vencedor é o nosso compatriota Pedro Marques.
